Each and every box that contained the cuticle oils leaked. Some of the bottles lost some of the oils. I took pictures and sent it to the agent who I purchased it from and she was very sorry and showed her manager and the packing staff who claimed that this never happened before and that the lids were securely closed. I suggested to them to send me a bottle of each scent so I can refill the bottles myself and they agreed but wanted me to pay for the bottles and the shipping cost. I'm very upset with this company because I shouldn't have to pay for anything if the bottles leaked all over the boxes and arrived that way. Then they offered to send me smaller bottles but again wanted me to pay for the shipping cost which I strongly feel I shouldn't have to pay for anything. I have spent over $4000 with them. I placed three orders with them and they refused to pay $48 in shipping. The sales girl was amazing and tried her best to bargain for me but they refused.

My custom hearts are either all broken, missing, or not placed straight. I paid for labor to be done correctly, not carelessly.
